  Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Website at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Website through a onetime password verification.

 You agree that IGRA shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your Username in cases where You have failed to update Your revised mobile phone number and/or e-mail address on the Website.

 You must have valid bank account with the name registered with KAMAI KI BAAT website. All the incentive earned by user will have to deposite to relevant bank account of you.

 IGRA associate user's data with the third party and the terms and conditions of the third party has nothing to do with IGRA. User need to read and understand them.

Bonus and Reward

 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make any changes in terms of Bonus and Rewards.
 Bonus and Rewards may get increase or decrease without any employment notice.
 Bonus and Rewards will be credited to your wallet after successfully lead generation (Once client refered by you will complete the payment for our products/services).
 To get bonus and rewards, user must have a valid bank account with the name registered with Kamai Ki Baat website.
 When you generate a request for withdrawal of your bonus and reward, we will deposit the incentive earned by you to your relevent bank account.

Service Related Conditions

 These Terms & Conditions are applicable for our all products as well as services offered by IGRA.
 Ownership of Data will be exclusively of the client.
 Our responsibility is limited to rectifying defects of the hosted application brought to our notice during the support period. In case of any breakdown not caused by the solution provided by us, our responsibility is limited to restoration of the solution with the last available data backup. We do not take any responsibility for any Loss of data or information nor are we liable for any damage due to such loss of data / information.
 Any other service that is not mentioned explicitly like Server Administration, Data Entry, Data Porting etc if found necessary would be chargeable extra at actuals.
 Charges are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Variation of Statutory Taxes at the time of billing will be to the client account.
 If client wants to add other features in the website as listed in the order list, he/she has to pay extra as per requested work.
 IGRA reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without a refund. Reasons for termination include (but are not limited to).
 The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the IGRA system by IGRA for any reason whatsoever. If You are disqualified as per the preceding sentence, You shall not be permitted to avail of the Services or use the Website. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws as applicable in India.

Service Cancellation

 IGRA reserves the right to cancel service(s) at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and refunded by IGRA to user if IGRA initiates its right of cancellation and user is NOT in violation of these Terms and Conditions. If cancellation is caused by users and/or its user's breach of the Terms and conditions, then user agrees that no refund is due. User understands that service(s) can be canceled at any time effective the end of the contract.
 In case of refund, IGRA has rights to deduct the amount for the days for which user has used the services.
 Due to protection concerns, all account cancellations must be done via our official electronic cancellation form. Notifications of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to successive rebill period. IGRA reserves the right to deny, forfeit, or refuse refunds at any time if necessary. Third party cancellations are not accepted.
 Upon termination, either by IGRA or user, for any reason, user is responsible for paying IGRA all reasonable administrative costs.

 IGRA does not make implied or written warranties for any of our services.
 IGRA denies any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by IGRA.
 IGRA reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. You will be held responsible for the actions of your clients in the matter described on these Terms and conditions. Therefore, it is in your best interest to implement a similar or stricter Terms and conditions or otherwise called Acceptable Terms of use policy.
